Hastelloy C276 Surface Profile Wire Wedge Wire Screen Filter
The surface profile of a wedge wire filter comprises of a wire also known as V-shaped wire.
Remember, there are four types of surface profile available for a wedge wire filter,that is, flat wire, triangle wire, round wire, and trapezoid wire.
The primary material of surface profile in most wedge wire filters is steel due to its characteristics when it comes to filtration of fluids.
Depending on the directional flow of your fluid, the surface profile can either be horizontal or vertical.
The width size available for the surface profile ranges from 1.0mm to 4.0mm while the height varies from 2.0mm to 6.5mm.
